Sharing Ozobot Dances – International Activity 2023

SIS Group Varied Lessons Strong Network

Every year, we launch an Intercountry Activity with the goal of connecting SIS schools worldwide in a non-competitive, interactive, and fun way.

How sharing Ozobot dances encouraged our students worldwide to engage in programming and connected SIS schools globally.

Every year, we launch an Intercountry Activity with the goal of connecting SIS schools worldwide in a non-competitive, interactive, and fun way. In the past, we've held international math days, swaps, story-writing exchanges, and photo activities.

This year, our students showcased their programming and creative skills by coding and designing an Ozobot dance.

Each SIS school nominated at least one class, which was partnered with a class from another SIS school. The teams chose a song, coded the Ozobots, and designed outfits for the small dancers. By sharing the QR code, costume template, and music with their buddy class, the dance experience was shared.

Activities like this promote our SIS IT curricula and engage our students in playful yet dedicated coding.

We're already planning the Intercountry Activity for 2024 and look forward to enhancing our international spirit with our Italian school in the future!
